We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy Junior Executive – HR & Admin to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on administrative operations while supporting essential HR functions. This role requires someone who is highly organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee and office-related matters.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation.
- Support employee onboarding by preparing necessary documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR-related reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and overtime information.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, office procedures, and administrative matters.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, meetings, and company events.
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Handle the procurement of office equipment, stationery, pantry supplies, and other organizational requirements while maintaining proper purchase records.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and administrative support.
- Maintain office inventory, assets, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and proper record-keeping.
- Assist in organizing official meetings, office programs, and corporate events.
- Demonstrate honesty, accountability, professionalism, and confidentiality while performing HR and administrative responsibilities.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required by the management.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Senior HR Manager or Management.
