About the Role

IMBD Agency Ltd. is seeking a Meta Ads Expert with strong experience in Facebook & Instagram advertising. The ideal candidate will be skilled in campaign creation, budget optimization, results optimization, Conversion API setup, and troubleshooting Meta Ads performance issues.

While Meta Ads will be your core focus, candidates with additional knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads will be given preference.

Responsibilities:

Meta Ads Strategy & Management:

  • Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns across various objectives.
  • Perform budget allocation and optimization to maximize return on investment.
  • Continuously monitor and refine campaigns for best performance based on KPIs.
  • Set up and manage Meta Conversion API (CAPI) for accurate tracking and data integration.
  • Analyze and interpret Meta Ads Manager metrics to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot ad delivery, rejection, or performance issues quickly and effectively.

Creative & Content Collaboration:

  • Provide guidance to the creative team for high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, and copy).
  • Assist in developing ad copies, headlines, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Testing, Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve results.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with clear recommendations for improvement.


Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  •  Strong expertise in:
  • Campaign creation & optimization
  • Budget & result optimization
  • Conversion API (CAPI) setup and integration
  • Meta Ads Manager analytics & reporting
  • Troubleshooting ad performance issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and client handling experience.
  • Basic SEO knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree completed or running student from any kind of IT discipline subject ( If you are skilled enough then we will consider your educational background)

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to manage campaigns on Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Understanding of multi-platform advertising strategy to complement Meta Ads campaigns.

Salary & Other Details:

– 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞: Office

– 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Negotiable

– Employment Status: Full time at the office

– Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 Months

– Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

  • NB: There will be a 1-3 months provisional period when we will pay 50% to 70% of the salary.
