As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will be trained and mentored by senior sales professionals. You will learn the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day activities will focus on developing sales skills and driving agency growth, including:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients through outbound calls, messaging, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct professional sales conversations to understand client needs and propose IMBD’s tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build trust and establish long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Pitches & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and service explanations.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and retention.
- Strategy Contribution: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
