IMBD Agency Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Jr. Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their journey in sales and digital marketing.


You don't need years of experience; you need hunger, drive, and the willingness to learn. We provide the mentorship and training to turn your potential into success.

As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will be trained and mentored by senior sales professionals. You will learn the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.


Key Responsibilities


Your day-to-day activities will focus on developing sales skills and driving agency growth, including:


-  Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients through outbound calls, messaging, referrals, and inbound leads.

-  Consultative Sales: Conduct professional sales conversations to understand client needs and propose IMBD’s tailored digital marketing solutions.

-  Relationship Building: Build trust and establish long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.

-  Pitches & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and service explanations.

-  Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

-  CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system.

-  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the strategy, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

-  Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize conversion and retention.

-  Strategy Contribution: Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

   

Requirements

-  Experience: Previous experience in sales, client handling, or business development is preferred but not mandatory. We prioritize attitude and aptitude.

-  Communication: Strong persuasion and communication skills in both English and Bengali.

-  Confidence: Ability to confidently speak and engage with business owners and decision-makers.

-  Mindset: Self-driven, disciplined, hungry for growth, and comfortable working with targets and performance-based metrics.

-  Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

-  Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn CRM tools, use Excel, and master modern communication tools.

   

Educational Background


-  A Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred. However, educational background can be waved if you can demonstrate exceptional sales ability.

Salary, Provisional Period & Benefits

-  Workspace: Office-based (On-site at Banani DOHS).

-  Starting Salary: Negotiable

-  Provisional / Training Period: 3 months. Note: Salary will be 70% to 80% of the negotiated full salary during this training period.

-  Compensation & Benefits: As per company policy, including significant performance-based growth opportunities.
