About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Trainee to join our growing digital marketing agency. As our HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our most valuable asset – our people. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and manage attendance, leave applications, and employee time-off requests.
  • Help in drafting and managing HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including attendance and overtime records.
  • Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other concerns.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or management.


Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Positive and professional demeanor with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Salary & Other Details:

– Workspace: Office (On-site)

– Salary: Negotiable

– Employment Status: Full time

– Provisional/Training Period: 3 months (60% salary during this period)

– Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.
