We are seeking a dynamic HR Trainee to join our growing digital marketing agency. As our HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our most valuable asset – our people. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with excellent people management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave applications, and employee time-off requests.
- Help in drafting and managing HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including attendance and overtime records.
- Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other concerns.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
- Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or management.
