Full Stack Web Designer & Developer (PHP-Laravel)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code.
• Create and maintain responsive websites using modern front-end technologies
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for websites and web applications.
• Integrate multimedia elements and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Ensure websites are optimized for search engines and performance
• Implement and maintain website security measures to protect against hacking and other cyber-attacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers
• Troubleshoot and debug website issues
• Participate in code reviews and maintain version control using Git
• Provide technical support when needed
• Mentor junior developers and designers, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Keep project timelines, budgets, and goals on track and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate website performance and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and demos as required.
• Any other related task assigned by the management.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 6 months of industry experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with MySQL database design and management
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration
• Good understanding of security practices and experience with security measures such as encryption, authentication, and authorization.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with server administration and deployment is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree completed or running student from any kind of IT discipline subject (If you are skilled enough then we will consider your educational background)

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess a can-do attitude.
• Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
• Must have advanced situational judgment ability.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Must be available for client communication outside office hours when needed
• Experience with remote work and virtual communication

Salary & Other Details:

– Workplace: IMBD Agency Office

– Salary: 20,000 BDT – 25,000 BDT

– Employment Status: Full-time (Office-based)

– Provisional/Training Period: 1 to 3 Months

– Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.

NB: There will be a 1-3 months provisional period when we will pay 50% to 70% of the salary.
