About the Role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor and Motion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for various projects, from concept to final product. You must have a strong eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to bring ideas to life with motion graphics and special effects. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling video content
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final output.
  • Create motion graphics and special effects to enhance the visual storytelling
  • Ensure the highest quality of sound, image, and color correction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and technology
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with clients and Project managers to ensure their vision is realized.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
  • Manage the final product delivery and ensure that it meets technical requirements.
  • Continuously improve and refine editing and motion design skills through research and experimentation.
  • Any other related task assigned by the management.


Requirements

Requirements & Skills:

  • We are preferring 1 year or more industry experience
  • Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, Filmora etc.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects software such as Adobe After Effects.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to bring ideas to life.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good understanding of color correction, sound design, and video compression.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile video delivery specifications.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Continual learning and professional development to stay ahead of the curve.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree completed or running student from any kind of IT discipline subject ( If you are skilled enough then we will consider your educational background)

Additional Requirements:

  • Must possess a can-do attitude.
  • Skilled in MS office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communications.
  • Must have advanced situational judgment -ability.
  • Good in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have to maintain communication with clients excluding office hours. 
  • Experience with remote work and virtual communication.

Salary & Other Details:

  • Workspace: Office (On-site)
  • Salary: Negotiable (starting from 18K)
  • Employment Status: Full-time
  • Provisional/Training Period: 3 months (60-80% salary during this period)
  • Compensation & Other Benefits: According to the company policy.
