Sales Trainee

IMBD Agency Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to start their career in sales and digital marketing. You will be trained and mentored by senior sales professionals and learn the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential new clients (finding leads) through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Learn to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Support senior team members in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
• Assist in negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets.
• Learn to use and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track all sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide support as needed.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you can prove your abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A “can-do” attitude, proactive, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer efficiency.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Workspace: Office (On-site)
• Salary: Negotiable (starting from 18K)
• Employment Status: Full-time
• Provisional/Training Period: 3 months (60-80% salary during this period)
